Ingredients

  • 6-10 oz Blackberries
  • 1 French Baguette
  • 8 oz Brie
  • Honey
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

Equipment

  • Sheet Pan
  • knife
  • cutting board

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut your baguette into small rounds. Thickness is purely a preference, but please keep in mind that thinner cuts will need less time in the oven.
    1 French Baguette
  2. Place your baguette rounds flat on your baking sheet. Cut your brie into rectangles that are around the length of your baguette. Cutting your blackberries in half is optional but recommended to prevent them from sliding off. Place your brie on top of your baguette flat. Then add your blackberries on top of your brie. Sprinkle the salt and pepper evenly.
6-10 oz Blackberries, 8 oz Brie, ¼ tsp Black Pepper, ¼ tsp Salt
  3. Place in the oven for 3 to 6 minutes. You’re looking for the Brie to just start bulging at the sides, but be sure to pull them out before the cheese completely runs off the bread. The baguette should begin to warm, but not harden or change color. Drizzle your honey all over. Plate and serve.
    Honey
